Elise has worked with many world-class trainers all across the United States and Europe. She spent four years living in Los Angeles while attending college at the University of California Los Angeles studying Social Anthropology before
moving to Ireland to pursue a Master's degree in Linguistics and Language studies. After completing her Master's degree at Trinity college
Elise moved to the United Kingdom in order to concentrate on competing. In 2013 Brett founded BE-Equestrian in the hopes of teaching young riders and collegiate equestrians alike that balancing an active equestrian career and a higher education is possible!
"I am very passionate about contributing to the Eventing community in a way that makes a positive difference. Horse and Rider safety are extremely important to me and I am determined to spread education about both."
Today BE-Equestrian has evolved into a boutique equestrain concerge firm that is dedicated to promoting education about safe riding and responsible horsemanship skills. Elise balances her growing equestrian business with furthering her education and professional experience as an Anthropologist and a Linguist. In 2014 Elise moved her life and business to Dublin, Ireland in order complete her Master's Degree in Linguistics at Trinity College, Dublin. Dublin is a vibrant city that allowed Elise to pursue her education while maintaining an active and thriving equestrian business. Over the years Ireland has produced some of the top event horses in the sport and has arguably become the event horse breeding capital of the world. While in Ireland Elise completed her degree and was able to make several connections in the equestrian community that assist her in not only her own training and horse managment education, but also help the BE- Equestrian clients navigate both the Irish and European eventing market.
"Brett Elise works very hard to maintain a high standard of excellence in everything she does and we look forward to witnessing her bright future as not only an international Event rider but also as a professional helping others achieve their equestrian dreams." -Practical Horseman 2014
